Who we are
Utkrsht Capital Advisors is led by Manish Shyamsukha, a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Manish brings a multi-dimensional perspective, having worked across equity research, private equity, venture capital, and strategic advisory.
He began his professional journey managing his family business at the age of seventeen, which ingrained in him a deep understanding of entrepreneurial challenges and the dynamics of closely held businesses, particularly in the Indian context.
Manish has worked with a wide range of clients, including:
- Leading domestic brokerage houses
- A premier U.S.-based private equity firm
- A global business technology conglomerate
- An early-stage venture capital fund
He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, credentials that reinforce his financial acumen and regulatory expertise.
